Lill: *Grumble, mumble*

Jill: I see we’re in a good mood this morning.

Lill: *Grumble* Rough sleep, bad dreams…

Jill: Was it Dick Clark’s ghost shouting at you to stop impersonating Peggy Lee again?

Lill: No – I was old…like Polident commercials old…and alone.

Jill: Where was I?

Lill: Still with Alfie, surrounded by grandbabies.

Jill: *Wistful sigh* Oh that’s lovely…erm…rather…well it was just a dream.

Lill: *Sob* It was TERRIBLE Jillian – I ended up alone and crazy like that lady across the street who walks her cat!

Jill: There, there – you know that’s never going to happen Lill.

Lill: *Sniff* Really – how do you know?

Jill: You hate cats.

About Lill and Jill

We are Lillian and Jillian; best friends and roommates. We blog to capture the seemingly trivial moments of thought and expression that make us smile; the often-times ridiculous way we see the world and how we live in it. We ask that you think well of us despite our propensity for drinking saccharine-laden alcoholic beverages, affection for 90′s boy-bands, and regular inappropriateness.
