Jill: So apparently Sir Nowan Zen believes we live passionately.

Lill: Well there WAS that one night after Fourth year midterms…

Lill: *Snigger* Ok, ok I’ll be good.

Jill: What he means is that we add colour to life, which is why he has nominated us for the Living Passionately Award.

Lill: Well your hair still has a tinge of ash-blue to it so I suppose this is fitting.

Jill: *Sigh* As Mr. Zen is the author and creator of this award, we bow humbly with thanks to his creativity and innovation. Nowan Zen is not only the most colourful blogger we know (take a meander through his mind), but he is also one of the most encouraging and active forces in our small corner.  As part of the first round of nominees we thank him for this tremendous shout-out and commend him for setting the example for living passionately himself.

Lill: He ALSO makes terrific tin foil hats.

Jill: *Raises eyebrow* Yes…thank you Lillian…

Lill: Rules for this are as followed: Post the rules (we never do so check here for the low-down), do something out of the ordinary, and nominate those you think worthy.

Jill: While it sometimes seems that ‘out of the ordinary’ characterizes our daily goings-on, you’ll find we actually live pretty uneventful lives.

Lill: Yes, it’s the banter concerning the ordinary that makes things fun – however, as we never back down from a challenge, our ‘something out of the ordinary’ will entail a switch in evening obligations.

Jill: While I sit on the sofa playing Darren’s Xbox and eating caramel corn –

Lill: I will be attending something called Ashtanga yoga – that’s the one where you just stretch and sleep right?

Jill: Umm…yeah…

Lill: Good – I’m a former alternate for the Olympic team for both so this should be a piece of cake.

Jill: Ah yes, which reminds me – as I’m being YOU for the night, make sure to pick up a cake after work – oh and dinner as well.

Lill: What?! I, erm…fine…*sigh*

Jill: On to the nominees!

Lill: Not only do these peeps live passionately, they also happen to be fabulous bloggers so do stalk them until they bake you brownies check them out:

Lill: Me too!

Jill: *Snigger*

Lill: Wait, why are you laughing?…Jillian?…

About Lill and Jill

We are Lillian and Jillian; best friends and roommates. We blog to capture the seemingly trivial moments of thought and expression that make us smile; the often-times ridiculous way we see the world and how we live in it. We ask that you think well of us despite our propensity for drinking saccharine-laden alcoholic beverages, affection for 90′s boy-bands, and regular inappropriateness.
